General information about Bunker+ software for bunkering management

Bunker+ software was developed for the purpose of catering for the needs of companies that provide bunkering services , allowing the efficiency of logistics operations and the financial accounting thereof to be maximized by means of minimizing the time period between the employee’s receiving of the bunkering request and the preparation of comprehensive company operating data. Real-time evaluation of the income from a particular operation and of the general economic situation of the enterprise alike can be obtained within seconds. The credit line limit and profitability of a particular customer can be monitored at any moment.

The software supports process management and economic analysis of the following:

1. bunkering of vessels with fuel, bunker oil and lubricants;
2. storage and transhipment of petroleum products ;
3. organization and performance of the collection of waste petroleum products and lubricants;
4. wholesale and small-scale wholesale of petroleum products to companies and organizations;
5. supply of petroleum products to industrial enterprises.

Bunker+ software features the automated preparation of documents across the whole range of the activities of the bunkering company.

Not only does the cash flow control functionality register issued and paid invoices, but it also performs the monitoring of the payment of invoices. Economic performance values can be viewed for a particular shipment or loading, but also for a company as a whole with the expenses of the company (office and vehicle rent, petrol, taxes, etc.) taken into consideration. Simple business terminology is used in the software, which contributes to the ease of its implementation and understanding. You do not have to be an accountant or economist in order to be able to use the software successfully.

The software allows the archive of all documents concerning logistics operations to be stored for an unlimited period of time. There is also an option of fast information search across any data.

The EDIFACT standard can be used for automated document exchange.

There is an option of integration with Marketing and CRM modules, which allow the marketing activities of the enterprise and the activities related to each particular customer to be systematized.

The interface of the software can be provided in any language depending on the customer’s preferences (Estonian, Russian, English, Latvian, etc.).
