Automated marketing system of work with the customer, including:

• running of the list of the customers containing the whole information,
• record of any work with the customer, starting from phone calls to control of payments,
• distribution of a history of work with the customer for any period,
• automation of advertising work with the customer, i.e. possibility of sending of advertising or any message to separate, constant or all clients at once,
• reception of statistical data about amount of inquiries and orders with a grouping and calculations on the customers, suppliers, forwarding agents, wholly on firm for any period of time,
• the representation of the received data as figures, two- and three-dimensional diagrams, apple diagrams,
• the message that the order hasn’t been made after sending of an inquiry,
• reception of the list of the customers, who is not contacted to work for indicated period (search of the left customers),

automated technological system of work with the customer includes:

• automated preparation and running of the documentation on transporting, containing whole basic and accompanying information,
• preparation and grouping of the information for exhibiting the account (export to the accounting program 1C) is possible, 
• the hand-operated control for a movement of automobiles with running of a movement history,
• a possibility of the control of payments on all or separate clients,
• reception of data on all or separate transporting with breakdown and calculations on the customer, supplier, forwarding agent or cargo,
• a possibility of operative reception of the archival information on the customer, supplier, forwarding agent or cargo.
