Wagon fleet management: TransVagon V2.2.
Operational wagon fleet management requires substantial effort on the part
of the managing personnel while inaccurate data or human factor can result
in significant material damage. A solution for a company operating its own
wagon fleet is the TransVagon V2.2 software package providing
comprehensive information, including the location of the wagons and the
financial performance of individual wagons and the whole fleet as well as

Designed for the accumulation (import), processing and infinite storage of
wagon location data. The archive reporting function allows data on wagon
movement for any period to be obtained instantly. The analytical reporting
function allows summarized data concerning the loads transported and the
wagons to be obtained.
Automatic information readout with sound notification about incoming new
information in the format of the Main Computer Centre 18.52, the
Estonian Railways data structure or other formats.
Automatic tart of wagon tracking.
Option for the manual entry and adjustment of data concerning the
locations, approach forecast and other information that allows wagons
being tracked by other means to be seen in the database.
Keeping a list of tracked wagons, which ensures the monitoring of
unmoving wagons and the prevention of the “abandoned train” problem.
Selective filtering and sorting by any data field followed by exporting
to a report or Excel or drafting an e-mail on the basis of selected
data. Sampling can be made for a recipient of the information for
automated information distribution by e-mail. If there is a specialist
customer portal, the data can be exported to WEB in order to provide
information to customers through the web interface.
Multiple selection option for data retrieval: selecting 3 destination
stations out of 10, using these to select 4 wagons out of 12 and export
the data about the wagons to a report. Multiple selection is available
for any data field.
Option of viewing data concerning the current wagon locations and
archive data (wagon movement history) broken down by any parameters with
any type of analysis.

data and the operator who has received the information;
Control symbol calculation;
Calculation of an unreadable symbol in the wagon number.
