Designed dispatcher system, which has highly broad spectrum of using, spreading from observation of small people groups to management of transport in big enterprises. The main application are companies with security facilities and taxi facilities.
The base function of system is a determination of position of its abonents (under abonents are those, whom the traffic manager observes). In existing devices this is done with the help of GPS receiver, which defines their own coordinates on signals from satellites accurate to several metre. Aside from coordinates, controller can send other information, for instance, data from sensors connected to the controller.
Sent information is taken in dispatcher centre through internet and mobile facilities. Given information is processed and result is displayed on screen of dispatcher system. The abonents location appears on the electronics card of terrain by pictograph. The whole information including data from sensors is showed in separate window.
