I have designed a system of account and analysis of the fuel consumption for the companies Tallinna Autobussikondise AS and TAK Reisid AS. Its purpose is collation and analysis of an imported data based on tanked fuel and travel sheets.. There are approximately 15 working places in the system. The system of “client-server” type (SQL) can work both in one the local-area and distanced (connection through the modem) network.
Account system and analysis of the fuel consumption allows quickly and exactly to determine the concrete fuel consumption in respect to both cars and drivers, as well as to define whether fuel is spared or overdrawn in the concrete subdivision of the enterprise. Finally, it allows efficiently to answer the question– what were the sources of the consumed fuel.
